Yes. Most of our products are made on demand to reduce waste and maintain quality. This means production begins after your order is confirmed.

Orders are typically manufactured, packed, and delivered within 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

Orders can only be cancelled before production begins. Once manufacturing has started, cancellations are no longer possible.

As all our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging. After verification, we'll provide a replacement or another suitable resolution at no additional cost.

We strive to match our product images as closely as possible. Due to the nature of 3D printing, slight layer lines, minor color variations, or small cosmetic differences may be present and are considered normal.

Most products arrive fully assembled. If any assembly is required, clear instructions will be included.
